1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at bobo@transkclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Conditions for Returns
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened cue cases, items that have been used or show signs of wear, gift cards, and downloadable software products.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at bobo@transkclub.com.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at bobo@transkclub.com.
